Grill

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Lightly oil and season steaks on both sides as desired.
  3. Place steaks on grill.
  4. Grill 7 to 10 minutes depending on portion size. Flip steaks.
  5. Turn steaks; cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until internal temperature is 160°F for medium doneness or to desired doneness.
