Conventional Oven


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Remove outer net from thawed ham, being careful not to remove or puncture ovenable bag.
  3. Place on side in baking pan leaving the ham inside ovenable bag.
  4. Place on center rack allowing for enough room for bag to expand without touching oven racks or walls.
  5. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until warm.



Thaw and Serve


  1. Remove outer net being careful not to remove or puncture ovenable bag.
  2. Allow to thaw in refrigerator for at least 48 hours.
