TIME TO TABLE:* 8 MINUTES

Skillet

  1. From THAWED state: Place bacon slices in a single layer in a skillet.
  2. Fry over Medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, depending on desired crispness.
  3. Turn bacon occasionally and pour off fate as it accumulates.
  4. Drain bacon on paper towels before serving.


Microwave

  1. From THAWED state: Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
  2. Place bacon slices in a single layer.
  3. Cover slices with another paper towel.
  4. Cook on HIGH (100% power); 2 slices-2 to 2 1/2 minutes; 4 slices-3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
