Fully Cooked Beef Pot Roast with Gravy

This melt-in-your-mouth, fork-tender classic pot roast starts with the finest hand-trimmed USDA Choice beef. We slow roast it in its own rich juices and deliver it to you with plenty of gravy. Add carrots and Roasted Baby Bakers (#851) to the roast before heating and everything will be ready together.

TIME TO TABLE:* 60 MINUTES

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Remove from bag and place in baking pan; cover.
  3. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes.


MICROWAVE2

  1. Remove from bag and place in microwave-safe deep dish; cover.
  2. Cook on HIGH (100% power) 15 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove from microwave and stir.
  4. Continue to cook on HIGH (100% power) an additional 15 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Note: For even heating, cut roast into 2-3 pieces.


SLOW COOK

  1. Remove from bag and place in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 4½ to 5 hours.
