Conventional Oven


  1. From FROZEN state: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove filets from pouch.
  3. Place filets on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake 27 to 30 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.



Grill


  1. From THAWED state: Preheat grill to MEDIUM.
  2. Remove filets from pouch.
  3. Grill filets on an oiled grate.
  4. Grill for 12 to16 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.



Skillet


  1. From THAWED state: Preheat 1 Tbsp. of oil in skillet over Medium heat.
  2. Remove filets from pouch.
  3. Pan fry filets for 11 to 14 minutes, turning over several times through cooking time.
