TIME TO TABLE:* 30 MINUTES

Conventional Oven


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place each fillet on a sheet of aluminum and drizzle with 1 to 2 tsp of olive oil.
  3. Bring up foil sides; double fold the top and ends to make a loose packet around each fillet.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 1 minute.



Skillet


  1. Preheat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over Medium heat.
  2. Place fillets in skillet.
  3. Fry 5 minutes; turn fillets over.
  4. Fry for 8 to 12 minutes and turn fillets over occasionally.
  5. Let stand for 1 minute.



Grill


  1. Preheat grill at Medium to Medium-High heat.
  2. Remove plastic wrapper.
  3. Place each fillet on a sheet of aluminum and drizzle with 1 to 2 tsp. of olive oil.
  4. Bring up foil sides; double fold the top and ends to mke a loose packet around each fillet.
  5. Grill for 18 to 25 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 1 minute.
