Atlantic salmon fillets are marinated in olive oil infused with herbs, spices and natural smoke flavor. Wonderfully easy to prepare and perfect every time—each individually wrapped fillet comes with a “pop-up” temperature gauge. For a flavorful meal serve these over a bed of baby spinach and a side of Garlic Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes (#772).

TIME TO TABLE:* 26 MINUTES

Conventional Oven

  1. From FROZEN state: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly spray foil lined baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Remove fillets from pouch and place portions on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 26 to 27 minutes.


Grill

  1. From THAWED state: Preheat grill on Medium to Medium-Low.
  2. Remove fillet from pouch; place on foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Roll up sides of foil to make an open pouch; place on grill.
  4. Grill 8-12 minutes, turning fillet(s) over halfway through cook time.


Skillet

  1. From THAWED state: Preheat skillet over MEDIUM heat and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Remove fillet(s) from pouch and place in skillet.
  3. Cook 8-9 minutes, turning fillet(s) twice during cook time.
