Stove Top


  1. Thaw fish fillets.
  2. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
  4. Season the thawed fish with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Turn over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.



Grill


  1. Thaw fish fillets.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill for 4-6 minutes.
  5. Turn over and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes.



Conventional Oven


  1. Thaw fish fillets.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Place thawed fish in single layer on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  4. Brush thawed fish with olive oil and seaon with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 10-14 minutes.
