Skillet


  1. From THAWED state: Preheat non-stick skillet on Medium-High heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Rub fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Turn over and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes.



Grill


  1. From THAWED state: Preheat grill to 350°F.
  2. Rub fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Turn over and grill for an additional 10-12 minutes.



Conventional Oven


  1. From THAWED state: Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place fish in single layer on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and a pat of butter or margarine.
  4. Bake 20-21 minutes.
