TIME TO TABLE:* 18 MINUTES

Skillet

  1. From FROZEN state: Preheat 10" inch nonstick skillet on Medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Place 1/2 bag of scallops in single layer; cook for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Stir well and turn each scallop over; cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to Low and cook for 5 minutes.
