Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place loins in baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Top loins with Seven Herb and Spice Blend as desired using chart on packaging.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.


Grill

  1. Preheat grill on Medium heat.
  2. Place loins on foil coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Top loins with Seven Herb and Spice Blend as desired using chart on packaging.
  4. Double fold top and sides of foil to make a loose pouch.
  5. Grill 18 to 22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
