ALTERNATE INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Dinner Rolls: Let frozen bread dough thaw completely. Rolls out dough with hands to approximately 1 inch thick roll. Slice dough into 12 equal pieces.
  2. Mini-Party Loaves: Divide risen dough into 6 pieces. Shape into 6 small loaves. Place in well-greased miniature loaf pans. (4 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 1). Brush



Conventional Oven


  1. Place frozen dough in a well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 bread pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap that has been coated with margarine or shortenin
  2. Let bread rise in a warm place (80 to 85°F) until 1 inch above top of pan, about 4 hours. At room temperature (68 to 75°F) it will take 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven, 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. If glass ovenware is used, bake at 350°F.
  4. Remove bread from pan immediately. Cool on wire rack. Slice on its side, to prevent crushing, with an electric or serrated knife.
