      • Microwave Microwave
    • Pour 1 cup of frozen whole strawberries in a small microwave-safe bowl.
    • Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 30 seconds.
    • Gently stir strawberries and continue to microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 20-30 seconds.
