  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 7 minutes

      • Microwave
    • Place 1/2 bag of sweet potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl; cover.
    • Cook on HIGH (100% power) 6 to 7 minutes; stir halfway through cooking time.
      • Oven
    • Preheat oven to 425° F.
    • Place 1/2 bag of sweet potatoes on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Bake for 14 to 17 minutes.
      • Skillet
    • Preheat 1 Tablespoon of oil in skillet over Medium-High heat.
    • Add 1/2 bag of sweet potatoes to skillet; cover.
    • Cook for 5 minutes; carefully remove cover and stir.
    • Reduce heat to Medium and continue to saute sweet potatoes uncovered for 7 to 10 minutes; stirring occasionally.
