  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 17 minutes

      • Oven
    • Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • Place 1/2 bag vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
    • Bake 17 to 19 minutes.
      • Grill
    • Preheat grill to medium heat.
    • Spray an 18" x 24" sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with cooking spray.
    • Place 1/2 bag of vegetables on foil. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Bring up ends and double fold to form a packet. Leave room for heat t
    • Place on grill, cover and cook 15 to 16 minutes.

    • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over Medium-High.
    • Pour 1/2 bag vegetables in skillet.
    • Cook 10-12 minutes, turning frequently for even browning.
