  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 11 minutes

      • Skillet
    • Open bag; remove rice and sauce pouches.
    • Thaw sauce pouch in warm water.
    • Heat skillet on Medium-High heat with 1 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon oil.
    • Add remaining contents of bag; cover.
    • Cook for 10-11 minutes; stirring occasionally through cooking time.
    • Place rice pouch in microwave; cook on HIGH (100% Power) 3 minutes.
    • Add sauce and 2 tablespoons of water to skillet; stir and continue to cook for 30 seconds.
    • Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave; open and pour into large serving dish.
    • Pour contents of skillet over rice.

    • Preheat oven to 400°F; spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Open bag; remove rice and sauce pouches; remove chicken pieces.
    • Arrange chicken on baking sheet in a single layer; bake for 10-11 minutes.
    • Thaw sauce pouch in warm water.
    • Heat skillet on Medium-High heat with 2 tablespoons water.
    • Add remaining contents of bag; cover.
    • Cook for 5 minutes; stirring occasionally.
    • Place rice pouch in microwave; cook on HIGH (100% Power) for 3 minutes.
    • Add sauce and 2 tablespoons of water to skillet; stir and continue to cook for 30 seconds.
    • Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave; open and pour into large serving dish.
    • Add chicken to contents of skillet; stir and pour over rice.
