  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 10 minutes

      • Skillet
    • Open bag and remove rice, cashew and sauce pouches.
    • Place the sauce in warm water to thaw.
    • On stovetop heat skillet over Medium High; add remaining contents of bag and 2 Tablespoons of water.
    • Cover; cook for 8 minutes; stirring halfway through cooking time.
    • Place rice pouch in microwave; cook on HIGH (100% Power) for 3 minutes.
    • Add sauce and 2 Tablespoons water to skillet; stir.
    • Cover; cook for 30 seconds.
    • Add cashews to skillet; stir; cook for 30 seconds.
    • Carefully remove rice pouch from microwave; open and pour onto large serving dish.
    • Pour contents of skillet over rice.
