    • Place bacon slices in a single layer in a skillet.
    • Fry over Medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, depending on desired crispness.
    • Turn bacon occasionally and pour off fat as it accumulates.
    • Drain bacon on paper towels before serving.

    • From THAWED state: Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
    • Place bacon slices in a single layer.
    • Cover slices with another piece of paper towel.
