    This tasty meal has tender white meat chicken strips, juicy chunks of pineapple, along with a mixture of Grade A vegetables such as sweet red and green bell pepper strips, and crunchy water chestnuts and carrots, all covered in a tangy sweet and sour soy-flavored pineapple sauce made from scratch. The perfect option for a fast lunch or dinner.

  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 70 minutes

      • Oven
    • Preheat oven to 350° F.
    • Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven.
    • Bake 50 minutes.
    • CAREFULLY pull back plastic film and stir each component.
    • Sprinkle 1/8 cup water onto the rice.
    • Replace film and continue baking for 20 minutes.
      • Microwave
    • Place tray on Microwave-safe plate. Slit film on tray to vent.
    • Cook on HIGH (100% power) for 10 minutes.
    • CAREFULLY pull back plastic film and stir each component.
    • Replace film and cook on HIGH (100% power) for 6 to 8 minutes.
    • Let stand for 1 minute. Stir each component before serving.
    • Optional: For fluffy rice, sprinkle 1/8 cup water onto the rice after stirring in step 3.
