      • Oven
    • From FROZEN state: Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Place filets on foil-lined baking shett.
    • Bake 28 to 30 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
      • Grill
    • From FROZEN state: Preheat grill on Medium heat.
    • Place 1 filet on foil.
    • Bring up sides and ends of foil and double fold.
    • Grill for 14 to 17 minutes, turning packet over halfway through cooking time.
      • Skillet
    • From FROZEN state: Place 2 or 3 filets on skillet and cover.
    • Pan fry on Medium heat for 10 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
    • Remove cover and continue to cook for 5 to 8 minutes, turning over 2 to 3 times during cooking time,
