    • From FROZEN state: Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • 1. Remove filets from pouch.
    • 2. Place filets on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    • 3. Bake 27 to 30 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
      • Grill Grill
    • From THAWED state: Preheat grill to MEDIUM.
    • 1. Remove filets from pouch.
    • 2. Grill filets on an oiled grate.
    • 3. Grill for 12 to16 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
      • Skillet Skillet
    • From THAWED state:
    • 1. Preheat 1 Tbsp. of oil in skillet over Medium heat.
    • 2. Remove filets from pouch.
    • 3. Pan fry filets for 11 to 14 minutes, turning over several times through cooking time.
