    • Preheat grill to medium heat.
    • Remove frozen turkey burger from pouch.
    • Grill burgers 7-9 minutes on each side, turning twice through grilling time.
    • Internal temperature must reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in serveral spots to ensure burger is cooked thoroughly.

    • Preheat a non-stick skillet over Medium heat with 1 Tbsp of oil.
    • Remove frozen turkey burger from pouch.
    • Cook burger for 14-18 minutes.
    • Turn burger over every 2-3 minutes.
    • Internal temperature mush reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots to ensure burger is cooked thoroughly.
