    • Remove filets from pouch.
    • Place filets on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Bake 27 to 32 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
      • Grill
    • From THAWED state: Preheat grill to MEDIUM.
    • Remove filets from pouch.
    • Grill filets on an oiled grate.
    • Grill for 16 to 18 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
      • Broil
    • From THAWED state: Preheat broiler to HIGH.
    • Remove filets from pouch.
    • Place filets on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Place filets 6 inches from heat source.
    • Cook for 16 to 18 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
      • Skillet
    • From THAWED state: Preheat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet over MEDIUM heat.
    • Fry filets for 11 to 12 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
