    • 2. Remove filets from pouch.
    • 3. Place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    • 4. Bake 32 to 37 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.

    • 1. Preheat grill over Medium heat.
    • 2. Remove filets from pouch.
    • 3. Lightly season chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper, or as desired.
