  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 10 minutes

      • Stovetop Stovetop
    • Thaw fish fillets.
    • Preheat non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
    • Season the thawed fish with salt and pepper.
    • Cook for 4-5 minutes.
    • Turn over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
    • TO THAW: Remove fish from vacuum wrap. Place in cold running water for 20-30 minutes or in refrigerator for 24 hours.
      • Grill Grill
    • Thaw fish fillets.
    • Preheat grill to 350°F.
    • Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Grill for 4-6 minutes.
    • Turn over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes.
      • Oven Oven
    • Thaw fish fillets.
    • Preheat oven to 400°F.
    • Place thawed fish in single layer on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
    • Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Bake for 10-14 minutes.
