  • Preparation

    Time to table:* 12 minutes

      • Stovetop
    • From THAWED State. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
    • Season the thawed fish with salt and pepper.
    • Cook for 5-6 minutes.
    • Turn over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
    • Turn over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
      • Grill
    • Thaw fish fillets.
    • Preheat grill to 350°F.
    • Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Grill for 6-7 minutes.
    • Turn over and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes.
      • Oven
    • Thaw fish fillets.
    • Preheat oven to 400°F.
    • Place thawed fish in single layer on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
    • Brush thawed fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Bake for 12-16 minutes.
