    • Place loins in baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Top loins with Seven Herb and Spice Blend as desired using chart on packaging.
    • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
      • Grill
    • Preheat grill on Medium heat.
    • Place loins on foil coated with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Top loins with Seven Herb and Spice Blend as desired using chart on packaging.
    • Double fold top and sides of foil to make a loose pouch.
    • Grill 18 to 22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
