  • Preparation

      • Grill Grill
    • Preheat grill on Medium.
    • Place fillets on foil sprayed with cooking spray.
    • Roll up sides of foil to make an open pouch.
    • Place on grill and cover.
    • Grill 15 to 16 minutes; turning fillets over halfway through cooking time.
      • Broil Broil
    • Preheat broiler. Place fillets on broiler pan.
    • Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 8 minutes.
    • Turn fillets over and continue to broil for 4 to 6 minutes.
      • Oven Oven
    • Preheat oven to 375° F.
    • Place fillets on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
    • Bake for 24 to 25 minutes.
