Yes. You can use your Schwans.com account if you have one, or create a new account.

With the Schwan's App you can place and update your orders anytime, anywhere! Shop over 350 delicious foods by category, specials or browse your favorites list and past purchases. Manage your delivery with order and delivery reminders. Plus you can earn and redeem SCHWAN'S REWARDS™ points on every purchase, all while still enjoying the same friendly service at your door.

Yes! We're just making it easier to do what you're already doing—shopping for delicious SCHWAN'S® food.

If I download the App, am I committing to always ordering from my phone?
Nope! You always have the choice to shop via the app, Schwans.com, our call center 1-888-SCHWANS (1-888-724-9267), or at the door. We've designed our app to use your existing account information, so your shopping cart and account history is securely shared between your Schwans.com and mobile account. That means you can start an order on Schwans.com or by phone and you can finish it on your App! How easy is that?

Is the App available for tablets?
Yes, you can definitely shop from your tablet. However, because it is not specifically designed for tablets you can currently only find and download it from within the iPhone section of the App Store or the mobile section of the Google Play store.


Using the App: FAQ

How do I log in?
Tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen to see the Log In or Create Account link. Turn on Remember Me and Password-Free Ordering if you don't want to have to log in again.

How do I place an order?
When you're ready to place your order, tap the cart icon at the top of your screen. From here you can review your order, check out, confirm payment and delivery, and submit your order.

How do I add to, change, or cancel an order?
You may add to, modify or cancel an order any time prior to your order cutoff, which is generally 11 p.m. the night prior to your service date. To do this tap on a pending order within the Status Drawer at the bottom of your screen. You can also tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen, select My Account and then My Orders.

Where can I find all of my pending orders?
Pending orders appear within the Status Drawer at the bottom of your screen. You can also tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen, select My Account and then My Orders.

Is my Schwans.com account log-in the same for my mobile app?
w Yes! You can shop on both Schwans.com and this App with your same account information. The information you use and store like your password, account preferences, delivery information, shopping cart and lists will be securely shared between your Schwans.com and mobile account for easy shopping regardless of which you use. How easy is that?

How do I create or change my service date?
You can review, modify, skip and cancel service dates by tapping the delivery date within the Status drawer at the bottom of your screen. You can also tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen, select My Account and then Delivery Options.

Can I use my SCHWAN'S REWARDS™ points?
Yes! You can apply SCHWAN'S REWARDS™ points during the checkout process just like on Schwans.com. Access Rewards details any time by tapping the Status Drawer at the bottom of your screen. You can also tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen, select My Account and then SCHWAN'S REWARDS™.

How do I reset my app to show the coach tips?
Tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen, select Settings, and click Reset Screen Tips.

How do I change push notifications?
To change the notifications you receive on your mobile phone, tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen, select Settings, and in the Push Notifications section, you can manage both the Service Reminder and Delivery Status ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) by turning them on or off.

When and How Should I Upgrade the App?
We continuously work on improvements to the App's features, functions and performance. When we publish a new version of the App, you will see the that the App should be Updated in either the Apple iTunes or Google Play store. Click on Update and the App will be updated.
